For approximately one year I worked with REPtor software as a medical representative. For the past 18 months I have been working with this software as a team manager.

And this is my opinion:

There is no doubt that over the past year REPtor Co. has become highly professional in all matters regarding sales detailing in the field, contacts with team managers and the operation/improvement of the software itself.
I use the software daily, and so do the other team members. There is no doubt that this is a very effective tool, supplying lots of information (of course if it is used correctly and consistently).
The company people are ready to help with every problem that comes up during work, and try to find useful, immediate solutions whenever possible.
