We are using the Reptor ETMS system from may 2004 and expanded the usage for more employees at the beginning of 2005.
After finalizing the technical issues with the communication provider  provider, we have benefit very much from the system and  based all our cycles performance analysis on Reptor.
The System provides reports and analysis that enable us better targeting, plans,monitoring and allowed  implementation of sales force excellence.
Needless to state that it is a tool of a great importance, intelligence by which we improved our performance!
